Shipping policy
Vanishing Fae is based in Los Angeles, California & we ship worldwide baby!
All orders shipped out through Vanishing Fae come with insurance. If you would like us to add a signature requirement to your package or use discrete packaging, please let us know as soon as possible after purchase. There is an additional fee for signature requirement.
Shipping Insurance:
Please let us know if you have any issues with your delivery so we can start a claim on our end through our insurance provider Shipsurance. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged we will assist you in the reimbursement process. You will be reimbursed in full for the item missing or lost in store credit, once the claim process as been completed.
We ship internationally here at Vanishing Fae. Duties are included in shipping cost at checkout for orders placed in the EU, United Kingdom, Australia, & Canada.
All shipping providers give an estimate of the timeframe in which your package will arrive. These times are subject to change due to circumstances out of our control. Once the package has left our studio, it is best to contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout to locate or track your package.
If an error in delivery occurs and your package is shipped backed to us, we will contact you & invoice you for a new shipping label. Please make your the address/phone number you input at checkout is accurate. If you need to change your shipping address after purchase, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@discolemonade.co
Once you receive your tracking number it may take 2-7 business days to be dropped off at the post office.
Shipping carrier selected at checkout does not negate processing time window for items labeled as MADE TO ORDER. All items are ready to ship unless labeled as "Made to Order: Item" in the product title. If you choose to purchase a Made to Order item, please reference the product description for the time frame in which your piece will be made and shipped out.
